Check Discount You may pay by credit card or by check. If you choose to send a check, you will see your tuition reduced by $20.00 (for a full 2-week session) or by $10.00 (one week enrollment). Note: If paying by check, your child's enrollment is NOT guaranteed until we receive your deposit.
Refer-a-Friend Does your child want to attend camp with a friend? Get $10 or $20 OFF* of your child's enrollment for each new-to-HOFTC referral who enrolls! Here's how it works: When you enroll your own child, pay only the $200 deposit upon enrollment. The new family who you referred must answer this question at the bottom of the New Family Enrollment form: "How did you hear about us?" with "Referred by a friend." Then, the new family must fill in the box labelled "Who did you hear about us from?" with your full name (or your child's full name). When we see each referral come through, we will apply the discount to your account. The discount will be reflected on your next invoice. Refer-A-Friend discount only applies before full tuition is due. *$20 discount is only available for Judkins Park and Shoreline referrals! **Refer-A-Friend discount only applies to families who have not attended Hall of Fame Team Camp in the past (new enrollees) who enroll in a full session or single week.

How do I pay for camp? When you enroll, you will be required to pay a $200 deposit. You may choose to pay the full tuition at the time of enrollment. If you pay the deposit only, you may choose one, two, or three additional payments. The remainder of your fees will be divided evenly between those payments. All tuition is due by June 1. You may pay by credit card or by check. If you choose to send a check, you will see your tuition reduced by $20 (full 2-week session) or by $10 (one week enrollment). If paying by check, your child's enrollment is NOT guaranteed until we receive your deposit. You can mail the deposit check to: Hall of Fame Team Camp: 11527 22nd Ave NE Seattle WA, 98125
How does waitlisting work? When sessions fill up, you will be given the option to join the waitlist. Your card will not be charged if you put your kids on the waitlist. When a spot opens up, we will contact families on the waitlist, starting at the top, by email to ask if they want the spot. If no, we'll remove that family from the waitlist and move on to the next family. If yes, we'll process the enrollment and the deposit will be charged. The family will receive a confirmation email.
Is there Extended Care? Some of our sessions, such as Summer Camps, will have extended care options. We cannot offer extended care for After-School programs.
What is HOFTC's Tax ID number? Our EIN is 84-3085473.
Is this a Good Fit For My Child?
What is the age range and will my kid thrive at this camp? Hall of Fame Team Camp sessions are for 6-12-year-olds. The camp is very, very active! High-energy kids who love to participate and compete in a variety of sports and games will thrive here.
What if my child doesn't know any other kids at the camp? No worries! Our counselors will be tasked with helping kids bond, connect, and form friendships. Regular team-building activities will help the process.
Can I see what camp is like? Visit this link to see our promotional video on Vimeo: https://vimeo.com/457881846 The video was made in the summer of 2020, and we've grown a lot since then!
How Does Camp Work?
Will I have the same counselor throughout camp? Absolutely! Forming a strong community is a central tenet of Hall of Fame Team Camp. We want to create a memorable, magical summer for each camper by fostering strong friendships among campers and strong bonds between each camper and his or her counselor.
Can my kid be on the same team as friends? To us, summer is about hanging out with friends. We will work hard to put your child on the same team as their friends.
What are Bongo Bucks? According to one camper, Bongo Bucks are THE reason to attend Hall of Fame Team Camp! In short, Bongo Bucks are the camp currency, which campers earn with good participation and by showing good sportsmanship, kindness, and helpfulness. Campers spend their Bongo Bucks at the "camp store" at the end of each session. Prizes have included sports cards, fidget spinners, glow-in-the-dark slime, stuffies, chewy candies, mini footballs, foam gliders....
What will my child eat? Campers will be responsible for bringing their own lunch, snacks, and water or sports drink. If approved by the Department of Public Health, we will offer daily, ice-cold popsicles and refills of water or sports drinks.
Is this the right camp for my child? Hall of Fame Team Camp sessions are for 6-12-year-olds. The camp is very, very active! High-energy kids who love to participate and compete in a variety of sports and games will thrive here.
Sports & Activities
Is Hall of Fame Team Camp just for boys? No! ALL kids of the correct age are welcome to attend HOFTC.
Does my child have to be a super-athlete to enjoy camp? Not at all! Campers have the full range of athletic abilities and experiences. As long as your child likes to be active, outdoors, and playing (camp has been described as "all-day, organized recess"), they will thrive.
Can my kid choose what sports/activities they want to play? No. Your team will engage in 5-6 activities per day. These activities will be scheduled by the director and the team's counselor. We know everyone has their favorite sport or activity, but this is your opportunity to learn new games and move your body in a different way.
Email Marketing
How can I unsubscribe from Hall of Fame Team Camp emails? You should only opt out of "marketing" type emails. We cannot edit a parent's marketing email preferences on parents' behalf. You can opt out of receiving marketing emails from Hall of Fame Team Camp by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email you receive, or by updating your Email Preferences from the "My Account" page of your Parent Dashboard. If we mis-label promotional emails as "informational" (sometimes we do this, as it can be difficult to determine if a certain message is "informational" or "marketing!), you will not be able to opt-out/unsubscribe, in which case you may mark the message as spam. This will prevent you from receiving ANY emails from us moving forward - including potentially important emails about your camper's enrollment.
